Reaction: CH₃COOH + NaOH → CH₃COONa + H₂O
Procedure: Transfer approximately 0.5 ml of glacial acetic acid into a pre-weighed 150 ml iodine flask containing 25 ml of water. Stopper the flask tightly, mix well, and weigh again.
